Weight Management Program: Maps and Directions

The Weight Management Program is located at the Center for Advanced Medicine, 4921 Parkview Place, St. Louis, Mo 63110 -- bordering the corner of Euclid Avenue and Forest Park Boulevard. Our patient office is on the fifth floor in suite C within the Medicine Multispecialty Center.

Directions: From Highway 64/40 take the North Kingshighway exit to Forest Park Avenue and turn right. Go one block and turn right at Euclid Avenue. The Center for Advanced Medicine building is on the right side of the street. Parking is available in the North Garage or by using the convenient valet parking at the front door drop-off area, for a small additional charge.
